Scam in hdfc bank shares

#1
Pl do not try this trick. This is my personal experience.
I bought 500 shares of HDFC bank around June 1995. Then by October 1995 I sent it to HDFC Bank (registrar was MCS Ltd) and got it transferred to my son's name. Then I get a notice around 1997 or so from the bank that some broker claimed that he had purchased 40,000 shares of HDFC Bank, kept it in a scooter in December 1995 in some vague village and the it was stollen from his scooter. He pleaded with some local court and got a directive that those 40,000 shares must be allotted to him. This included 100 shares of mine- which were in my physical possession all the time from June 1995 till 1996 +. HDFC Bank lawyers failed to appear in front of the court, and the Judge passed ex-parte judgement directing the HDFC Bank to allot fresh share certificates. I complained to HDFC Bank for failing to appear in court and putting me into difficulty etc. Remember MCS LTD office was on fire!! and then are closed now!!! Lot of top people were hand in glove- including HDFC Bank secretariat.

Later when I lodged the 500 shares for demat- 100 shares never got dematted and I don't hear from the bank or the new Registrar.

Don't TRY THIS TRICK- THOUGH JUDICIARY WAS ALSO AT FAULT AND MUST AHVE GOT BRIBED TOO. HOW COULD TEH SCAMSTER GET NAMES, CERTIFICATE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES OF ORIGINAL SHARE HOLDERS TO SUBMIT TO TEH JUDGE- WITHOUT INSIDER COLLUSION?:annoyed::mad:

Will SEBI help?
