ICICIDirect New user registration

Greetings to all!

I would appreciate if any of ICICIdirect online trading account friends here can help me with this...I just received my ICICIdirect online trading account package alongwith all the necessary pins, id's and passwords. I activated my account and viewed all my details. After that when I go to login using the Login ID and Password its tells "Invalid login/password". So I try to generate online password but then its tells I need to register first.. I am totally confused.. can anyone who went through this process help me get into the trading account?

your account may be generated but not registered into main system, contact the personnels directly.

vijushimpi and savdube, Thank you so much.. but its very strange after they send all the information and even after activating the account I have to call them to register..... Sounds Strange Never had this problem with HDFC... once they gave the user name and password...I was onto the trading platform..... Anyway thanks...
