Sbicap securities is the worst!

My last 3 transactions they havnt send me any contract notes or nothing. I just keep getting their smses saying that contract note emailed to email ID.
But nothing!

Sbicap securities is the worst of them. Pls all dont use sbicapsec.

Check your email ID with them...
Check your spam folder also
else
Withdraw your money and close to your account with them.
i dont know why u even openened acct with them when u can open it with good firms like sharekhana and indiabulls.

You have to email the customer care about not getting contract notes.The contract notes are also available under the client report tab in the trading window.They will surely fix the issue.Saying this on my experience. I had no other problems with them.

Sbicap has done it again!!


On Sep 17. That is today.

I sold and bought some shares.
End of the day the contract statement said
BALANCE AMOUNT DUE TO ME : 2,216.94


At the same time I had lien amount of 5,245.79.
This has also been debited from my account towards SBICAPSEC.

Why was this debited from my account?

So now I need to get back the 5,245Rs + 2,216.94 which was due to me.


How should I handle this?

Are you sure you were able to buy back the shares sold? If not the stock might have gone to auction.Please give more details regarding the stock.Sorry for the late reply for your Pm.

I finally got a refund for the full amount after sending them a couple of emails!
