Legal Steps for Non Payment by broker since last 5 years

I had a trading account with one broker. I had a big amount credit in my account. and suddenly my main broker was dismissed from NSE and BSE.

Due to good relationship he requested me to wait for some time for payment of my credit lying in brokers account and i considered his situation and waited but since last 5 years he he not making any payment to me.

So, I seek your guidance for legal steps i can take against my broker for recovery of my credit lying at broker's account.

if you have proof of deposits you should consult a Lawyer.

Try mailing and asking SEBI helpdesk about it ? infact you should have done this before but seems you were polite and the matter is now 5 yrs old.

act fast...get a lawyer...lodge complaints with NSE and SEBI...

and in the future don't repeat this mistake...
