You are responsible for your action. You can't pass this loss to anybody.. Our contract with broker has many small print which most of us don't read. But brokers have paid money to professional and taken care of their intereste against such claims.
So dear, IMO, you don't have any option here but to accept the loss and take care of this next time.

Happy Trading.

This happened to my friend with Race-pro (religare) too, he bought nifty future @ 3250 and lo and behold, everything got stuck (became un responsive, no prices were updating), and to add insult to injury, the nifty started falling... He was terrified, but what could he do??? got out @ 3210, and the same question he asks "Will they refund for my losses?"

No. Nobody wants to give you money for anybody's mistake but to take yours for others fault. You're asked to sign the disclaimer of not to claim or demand refund for any technical glitch...

probably this error might be due to sudden heavy volumes ...people with slow internet speed are going to have this kind of problems compare to high speed.

we can take decision with cnbc quotes in this kind of situation.
