First of all Hello to everyone,
This is my first post in this forum and unfourtunately
I am having very bad experince from Kotak Mahindra Bank Kolkata Ballygunj Branch and would recommend all Investors stay away from them they have a inexperince staff in compare to other banks.

I Use Kotak - you never have to go to any of their branches - the bank comes to you, you never ever need to go to a branch of Kotak

What is the issue you faced / did you take it up with their Phone Banking
