5paisa.com - Worst broker, worst software. 5Paisa Indiainfoline - worst customer care
Hello, 5paisa.com is ruining my business... They forcefully imeplemented TTadvance software even though lots of features of this software are full of bugs.. No technical graphs are functioning perfectly.. you zoom unzoom and the technical graphs start hanging in the air... You can not connect through proxy. No customer care is responding at all to all my email queries.. The local customer care is just not customer friendly... You ask for help, and you find they are not talking to your call, but on another phone line entering sauda for someone else... They just want to generate commission for themselves every minute, making all other users go to hell...
Indiainfoline has truly broken my heart... They are the worst brokers one can ever imagine... They just do not care for the customer... no matter customer goes to hell or anywhere... The new TTADVANCE software is the biggest blunder to us, all their clients. Now what can we, the clients do? Where can we log a complaint? Is someone there for our help? I feel the only way out of this problem is to close my account with 5paisa.com / Indiainfoline. Please help!!
