Indiabulls is charging me 12.24% ST on brokerage and STT .125% on del trading .025% on Intraday(sale only) in cash market, .017% on FNO segment(sale only) on total trade value

StampDuty : .01%of trade value +S.tax(12.24%) on Delivery trading
.002% of trade value+ S.tax (12.24%) on intraday
trading and FNO segment
Transaction Charges/Tax : .006%+ S.tax for every segment.

But I have doubt whether Stampduty and Transaction Tax/Charges attaract Service tax Senior members please put a light on it as other renowned brokers like sharekhan do not charge Service Tax on Stampduty and Transaction charges.
