Shares are not transfered in my name
Hi,
I bought 100 Satyam Computer Shares shares from my friend and i sent for transfer. But Satyam Computers hold my shares and saying this shares are lost by xxx party , so they filled case lose/theft shares and the court is issued stop the share transfer. But my friend is genuine buyer and he has all docs where he purchased and this shares already transfered in his name in 1996. We have all supporting docs. How can I get these shares? Please advise me. Regards, Sudhakar.G

Hi
This is why one should trade with a reputed brokerage firm. They take care of these issues. Why not ask any friend/ acquaintence in a brokerage firm on how to handle this
