First Thing Never Give Signed or Unsigned Blank Cheques To Anybody....It Is Not A Requirement....For Anything...Period
If it was one cancelled blank cheque I could understand... because then it would mean for bank account verification & the MICR 10 digit code that appears on the cheque...but I am a little puzzled by the second cheque....
Anyways find out from them....what it is for... whether cancelled or otherwise...

they just said 2 cheque leaf.

Recently I opened an account with CD Equi Search, I signed all the documents
and gave two cheques 1. Cancelled for a/c verification 2. for Rs.10K to deposit in to my new dp a/c to start trading. My problem is the RM took the 10K chq and used it for advance brokerage charge, Im not willing to pay for advance brokerage, Im asking CD Equisearch to cancel advance brokerage charge and deposit into my dp a/c, two weeks have passed they are postponing the action.
kindly advice what is the solution to get the 10K into my a/c, can I close my a/c and get the refund, should I use advance brokerage, they offered me the following brokerage ; Advance brkage 0.01 & 0.11 / Post Brkge 0.03 & 0.30
I prefer post brokerage as I dont trade much. Kindly help and suggest me the right brokerage. thanks in advance.

Did you fill everything in the form Yourself.... chances are you didn't, but put all the required signatures...right.
This isn't going to get solved without you landing up at their office and Threatening them with with complaints to SEBI & Print media.. & Channels...!!!
Let this post be an eye opener to all.... that fill all the required data yourself...including Brokerage agreed for every segment, Delivery & Intraday.
If their is fixed Brokerage for Option & Futures, fill that up also yourself...before getting on with required Signatures.
If there is a Brokerage Table which has been mutually agreed upon then put the Brokerage Table, which will have some sort of Code....and Keep the copy of the brokerage table Duly Signed & Stamped by the Broker's representative in safe custody where you can find it quickly.

Thank you very much sir, I have approached them couple of times they are trying to avoid me, the RM does not meet. My action plan, want to register a police case against them for fake signature on application. 2.I have not filled up the application and choosen the brokerage 3.threaten the RM with physical assault 4.write to SEBI about them 5. write in print media all channels.
This is clear cheating by the CD Equi search.
