So, can i compalaint to SEBI that they have conducted trade in my account without telling me?
Are you saying no to this because SEBI will not pay heed to these type of complaints as they happpen often and meagre amount of money is involved in this?

OR you are saying no to this as they are the big players and SEBI will.not take any action against this?

Dear Vijay

unsolicited advice frm my side. take a deep breath, relax. SG has already told u to 'Forget about teaching a lesson or getting vengeful...'
these kinds of things do keep happening. till the time u learnt somthing frm it...move on.
do u think Sebi wd take action on a broker just becos he has charged u 200 rs. as A/c opening / AMC charges. there is a stamp paper involved in A/c opening , the cost of which broker has to bear. even if the representative assured u verbally that no A/c opening/AMC charges wd be debited, how do u prove that?
take it as a lesson, be more careful next time n move on...

regards

Thanks anurag...there are so many things involved that I don't know that is why I am just discussing the possibilities here...

What I am after is: they are changing their stands....if I record a conversation between the branch incharge and me in which he confirms that trade happens on your account then would it be a good proof?

Anyways - if you don't mind, can you please provide me your contact number to discuss this issue in detail with you?

You can mail it to me at my mail address: [email protected]
