do you look sensible with such mails to customer care of company who has thousands of satisfied customers, will it help in solving problem.

I don't work for indiabulls but I've traded in many companies and at the end I found indiabulls was best and most transparent in operations and I have closed my other accounts elsewhere cause this is fastest and best i could get in the money paid.

instead of flaming them online, you should have worked out a solution like, if your RM is away, and accidentally took the cheque, may be he's in panic cause you say his mother expired, you should have done stop payment of that cheque, given a new cheque to their office to process.

PIB doesn't comes pre-activated, once your account is activated they'll activate PIB and charge your PIB activation charge to your ledger, but as you doesn't have balance, cause you say your first chq is taken by RM along, you would need to have funds before you can request PIB activation from them.

I've learnt from my mistakes of earlier so all i could say is work out a solution instead of such rants.

I agree with netman, I have account with indiabulls since 2002 and also having account with icici, sharekhan and adityabirla but indiabull is very transparent..

I also faced problem for PIB , i suggest you to contact customer care helpdesk with exact error u r facing with PIB, and if your check has been taken by you RM accidently , u can stop the payment and transfer you money online from HDFC bank, it hardly take 2-3 minutes..

yeah Pundit, i think this guy never replied back on this topic.

Also its not indiabulls fault if your funds are not credited cause the cheque was never presented.

I think He'll not be able to add funds online until he issues a cancelled cheque or first payment by cheque, so no funds in account no PIB.

the problem he posted clearly shows RM's mother expired, its a painful part of life, and this is not the way one should react on such genuine problem.

what i suggested was the best way out.

Yeah netman ,
thats true he will not be able to transfer the fund until his bank account is linked with his trading account , but I if his account is operational then definately his one bank would have been linked with the trading account.

How do we know for real that his mother had expired? I have seen execs lying so blatantly that they will go to any extent of manipulation to hide their mistakes. I know a guy whose mother has expired atleast 7 times :D Its is usually difficult to trust the marketing guys.

I have caught such execs red-handed while mis-representing or not disclosing full information, and then ofcourse I used it to get a better bargain :D

Strange, I never experienced this kinda delay.

even customer care replies to mail with resolution same day, else someone calls from local office, i've used this way earlier.
