Sbicapsec cannot cancel an order

hi,

Today was my first day trading, had a horrible time. I placed an After market hours order and i am not able to cancel it, appears a bug in the portal. Has anyone came across this situation with sbicapsec before? if yes, please give me some advice.

Any updates? Orders got excuted?

yup orders do get executed, only "cancel order" does not work in sbicapsec

I found the same problem. But that was limited to Mozilla Firefox.

There is no such problem in IE6 for me.....

am surprised that ur happy with sbicapsec on IE6.

Anyways it didnt work for me in IE6 specially MF and IPO tabs and was not able to place orders on the main trading portal,only lite worked partially on IE6 for me.

IE7 works well for me (i only wish the sbicapsec support staff had enough product knowledge to tell me this... i am still supposedly waiting for their mail reply .. lol, need to mention that i am not following up on them) :clap:

Happy with trading on IE6...I do other work in Firefox though!!.

firefox is not compatible with sbicapsec. Only some features work in firefox.
Use IE6/IE7.

Please dont blame a service provider when you're at fault.
The SBICapSec setup clearly mentions that it ONLY supports IE at the moment, what made you you FF?
It works absolutely fine for me, without any glitches. Check if you have right version of Java installed (or simply install the latest version from www.java.com)
