Hi All,
Could someone please guide me with a brokerage account that provides the following.

==>a platform with a good charting system
==>has one minute charts
==>Has access to bid and ask prices
==> Paper trading being available

Is there any platform available for free , If not what is the best brokerage account to open an account for Learning and Paper purpose. Please assist.
