Where can I get the names of Dealers/Brokers/individuals allowed or passed certifications courses for fully automated trading (means ones presence not required to execute the BUY/SELL orders)

For ordinary retail trader, where he can get these papers to view or any mock
questions and answers available to prepare for exams.

Your Question is not clear.

For a retail trader to have a fully automatic system - he should clear NCFM examination of the NSE - Equity and F&O.
You can look for the details/study materials in NSE web site.

Once cleared he is elligible to get a dealer terminal.

List of brokers who are allowed to do algo trading
1.All brokers are allowed.
2.They should have a platform to support the same.
