dear reddy,
welccome to this forum, which stands for learning & sharing. i am sure you will ejoy your association with the members of this traderji family.

i am not fully aware of your level of familiarity with trading, but i will share some points, which you may be already aware of.

you may decide on the term of each of your investment? daytrading needs full time attention during market hours and may not be suitable for the employed. so, short (2 to 10 days) / medium (10 to 365 days) / long term trading ( more than one year) may be the available options. accordingly the time frame of study of the market get fixed.

you need to identify a TA software and data source. you may refer to various software discussed in the SOFTWARE section. for easy reference, a link to various software threads is available at:

http://www.traderji.com/54514-post1.html

study of the threads on technical & fundamental analisis will be the starting point.

one may need to spend a few weeks at the various threads of this forum. you may post your querries in the relevant thread and other senior members will be too happy to answer you.

all the best in acquiring knowledge & trading when taken up.
