We had an PPF account in our daughters name with her mother nomination. Daughter died due to prolonged illness, meanwhile she had become major which formality was not carried out at the PPF account while she was alive, now how to close this account and receive the payment.

Hi Sibhyas,
I am very sorry, my condolences to you...
Please obtain a death certificate from the civic body like Municipality, corporation or gram panchayat and submit it to the post office or bank which is maintaining the PPF account...as the nomination is there ...it will be simple procedure...
