There are many reasons, but to give you an idea, its for the same reason that Multiplexs attract more crowd than single screen theaters.

Hi Balpreet,
In my opinion "NSE got early bird advantage in embracing new technology in order executions...Off late BSE is also trying to catch up...albeit losing early bird advantage to NSE"
