Hello, It is good to here!!!
It is really good to be with a company of a very enthusiatic group of investors / traders.
I have been following the postings on this site for the past one month and I must say that I am very excited about taking my first steps in trading with the wealth of knowledge and wisdom that exists with many members and selflessly shared for the benefits of people like me. I have been an investor on and off (more off than on) having burnt my fingers and lost money in late 80s and again in late 90s / begining 2000. Took the safer (or should I say "passive") route of Mutual funds for the past 5 years. I am back again but this time determined to learn before putting my money. In this process, have been doing lot of search on the net to find sites which could help me learn. During this process came across this site and it has never been a day without checking the postings here. This is the only resource that I am using currently and the links/books suggested by members here. Thanks to Traderji for this excellent idea!! It is amazing to see the amount of knowledge that many senior members possess in different areas and their willingness to share the same. I have started with VVonteru's thread and it is so educative and informative that I am still in the process of digesting that. The books suggested by him have been of great help. My special thanks to him!! I am looking forward to read / study the threads of other senior members in the due course. I would like to thank them in advance!! This is sort of a longish note for the first posting but when you feel good about something it is better conveyed. Thanks again, Venkat
