gid rid of a stock?

I have one stock (mahendra petro) in demat mode . As the company is supended in BSE, I canot trade this. I want to get rid of this stock. since if it is there in dmat account, I can not close my demat account. I am not able to convert into physical mode also as the company is suspended. what is the solution?

And here I was thinking that first posts with badly spelt titles were reserved for the weekend; specially if the spirit ruled.
