Which Demat to choose

Hi,

I am presently, looking to open a demat account and have also spoken to Kotak, Edelwiess, Share Khan, Ventura etc. I have considered the brokerage and AMC for choosing amongst them. But I have not finalized yet.

So is there anything else i need to consider? Also, let me know the real scene if the companies sugarcoat brokerage, AMCs or any other factors.

I request all you guys to help me in taking my first step towards Investing

my suggestion is open only one demat account with any leading firm and you can open trading account with any online one(s) , give them the same demat if you want to take any delivery shares. It is better to have only one demat but you can have number of trading accounts.
