Hi Yartushar,

A warm welcome to you...........yes,paper trading is beneficial especially in the beginning. It does not have the emotional quotient though, but use it to figure out the setups, entry and exit points, and all money management issues.

The bottom line is:First paper trade, get all systems in place, then get to regular trading, but the aim is to get our mind to be in as much a mental equanimity as if we were paper trading.

All the best!
Saint
