Don't mean to discourage you, friend, but you do realise that Options are as risky as, if not more than, day trading. And of course, much more complex

So , since you are already on the back foot, having lost as a day trader, tread very cautiously in Options, if you must.

Sorry to hear about losses.
if you want to trade successfully then you got to us technicals. Even a basic knowledge of rsi/macd/moving averages is enough to make money provided u have understood these and have discipline.
I would suggest that you take a short break, get a copy of Amibroker and data and start learning technicals. I am sure this will help in you in the future to help you recover all your losses.

I advise you to stick to Delivery based Tradinig with a short term overview to recover your lossess.

This is the best and safest way.
