I am new to this site. can somebody give me details on delisting. also give me a review of chettinad cements, who is likely announce delisting

Delisting happens,

if company is default on Exchange Listing Agreement, exchange will delist the security.
or

If company passes Resolution in AGM (as per company law), company can delist the securities from Exchange.

As per chettinad cement, (spic group), not doing well.
