I have been trading from about the beginning of MetaStock. I knew Steve Achilis, the founder, very well. I guess 40 or 50 years. I trade only no load mutual funds, and stay usually with Rydex, timing with the NDX. It is fun, and sometimes profitable. I use MetaStock 10. 1 Pro. I have done much back testing over the years, and found few indicators that make a profit , up, down, or sideways markest.
I have been using Got Data, to get the Yahoo date, transfered to the Downloader, then onto MetaStock. But the man who developed the Got Data program is not maintaining it anymore, so I believe I will go to HQuote, unless one of you have another idea.
Any suggestions?
