Price of Share during dispute period

I had filled Arbitration application and Arbitration Award has been passed in my favor by RAC Delhi but sole Arbitrator has not considered my request for value of shares as on date of filing of Arbitration application and rather considered NSE Index for this purpose. At the time of filing Arbitration Application I had one 1000 share of ESSAR OIL & price was Rs.330 per share and also Nifty was 3800 at the time of filing of application but at the time of award by the sole Arbitrator Nifty was 5200. Sole Arbitrator has not considered max price of share during the currency of dispute .Maximum price of share of ESSAR OIL during the dispute was Rs. 380. I had sent legal notice to broker for recovery of my dues wherein I had mentioned value of shares Rs.1.25 lacs in august 2006 & Nifty was 3800 at that time but due to correspondence and in other courts Arbitration Application was filled on 15th January 2008 and share price on that date was Rs.330 per share and total value of shares was Rs.4.6lacs approx. Sole Arbitrator has pass the amount of share as Rs.1.68 lacs taking into consideration date of legal notice instead of date of filing Arbitration application. Sole Arbitrator has awarded the value of shares on % bases as that of Nifty. Now please advise and guide me the rules for arriving at value of shares in Arbitration . Here I also want to bring into notice the case of VIMAL CHANDRA GROVER Vs BANK OF INDIA in Supreme Court wherein Honorable Court has decided that maximum amount of price of shares during the currency of dispute will be paid by BANK OF INDIA
Thanks & Regards
