I need a guidance from you experts, as I am at sea in share market.
My father had some shares of TATA STEEL in physical forms. He died in 1998 and my mother is the nominee of these shares.
What is the procedure ? as I want to transfer these shares in my name.
I don't have a demat A/C at present.
Note: we have not received any Dividend from last 13 years. Can I claim that????
