Taxation of Share Transaction

Hi all,
I wanted to confirm taxation of shares please check..
1. I held 50 shares of X co. @ 10 in Opening stock, on 5-4-11 i bought 10 more shares @ 11 and sold 30 shares of X co. @ 12 and again on 10-4-11 i bought 30 shares @12 and sold 20 shares @ 11.

Taxation:
5-4-11 Speculation Gain Rs.10 ((12-11)*10)
Capital Gain Rs.40 ((12-10)*20)

10-4-11 Speculation Loss Rs.20 ((11-12)*20)

or should i follow FIFO method and should treat all sale as normal capital gain.
