I am trying to give you some idea:

[1] Per Lot: Brokers who are charging based on "Per Lot" like RK Global, Sharekhan, etc! For example: if you are buying 100 lot in 1 trade or 100 trades then you will be charged based on Per Lot. Sharekhan Option charge Rs.60 per lot for AMC 10,000; RK Global Option charge "I don't know but may be Rs.9 per lot or something--please confirm yourself". I DON'T KNOW ABOUT FUTURES CHARGES FOR SHAREKHAN & RK GLOBAL.

[2] Per Trade: Brokers who are charging based on "Per Trade" like Zerodha, etc! For example: If you are buying 100 lot in 1 trade, you will be charged for Only One Trade (either you buy 10 lot or 100 or 1000 lot, Per Trade Brokerage is fixed). Zerodha Futures & Options Charge Rs.40(Rs.20 buy+Rs.20 sell) per each trade.

[3] Fix Monthly Charge, Unlimited Trading: Brokers who are charging based on Fix Monthly Charge for Unlimited Trading like RKSV, etc! For Example: If you buy 100 lots of Options in 1 trade or 100 trades and if you buy 100 futures in 1 trade or 100 trades, your Brokerage is Fixed for Entire Month. RKSV Futures & Options charge Rs.1947 per month fix charge for Unlimited Trading for entire calendar month.

Note: (a) Service Tax will be charged Separately on all Brokerage Fees @ 10% to 10.3% for All Brokers! (b) Some brokers have different kind of Stamp Duty according to their office location/registered.

I have provided some details which I had. Kindly check some cheapest brokers according to your Trading Requirements and Use the Excel Sheet for calculating your Total Brokerage Charges! Check Monthly cost so that you will get easy idea.

Hope this will help a little. [I am using Sharkhan for Trade Tiger software for Technical Analysis. Within week I will open second account with RKSV for Trading purpose only considering my expected 500 lots per day volume.]
