I agree on first 3 points you mentioned above, but 4 th point is worst with Sharekhan i.e. brokerage charges.
I have an account with Sharekhan from last 4 years, in my first year of trading I paid a huge sum in brokerage after that I joined Other trading firm and they offered my half of what Shrekhan was charging, also worth mentioning is they further reduced my brokerage to 0.05 paise seeing my turnover in just 6 months, this is something Sharekhan never bothered about. Now, I am using Sharekhan only for Charting (paying 425/yr) and very happy.
This is just an advice that by charging high no one becomes a good broker in todays competitive world.....
