confuse with candlesticks Time Frame

Hi!!!! Guys I am Manish
now I'm using real time data from a vendor but they provide 5 min candle data.
But now a days many of user using 1 min candle data. so I"m confused which time frame is the best. what is the different 1min &5 min data...????
if any solution pls advice me... is the best 5 min candle for trading?????

1 min candlestick could be a bit tricky and may get u panicking - i use google's 2 min chart...ofcourse im just 3 months old in the market ;)
