Hello to all traders..rookies or veterans..
I am somewhere in the middle...:D

I am too far away from India and i am not an Indian too...
So i cant comment or follow Nifty or any Indian stocks...
I trade mainly Europe and less US.
This means i will post few ideas based on these markets but
as you know everything have same philosophy.

I have read many articles here, very useful, there are traders who know
the game very well and they want help the others to improve their play.
You cant find it easily elsewhere. Usually they ask for money and drive you to catastrophe.

The forum is very well organized and offers huge knowledge. I really appreciate this. Very good job from the admins.:thumb:

I will be back with my own trading of style which came up after many many hours of trading, reading, watching, loosing lots of money, i developed my own style that suits with my type of character..this means short term trading, mainly intraday, book your profits each day and prepare yourself for the next day.

Try to simplify the way of thinking and trading...its for your own good...;)

Your questions, comments or advises are welcome...i will be back with my hawkeyes...

Welcome to the forum Hawktrader.
Looking forward for your views on UK/US markets.
Since last 10 days or so, National stock exchange of India has allowed trading in Futures and options of Global indices. At the moment it covers S&P500 and Dow, but soon FTSE, DAX are going to be traded in India too.
That will certainly bring more interest on Global indices.

Unfortunately you cant play Indian markets unless you are an Indian
and live in India as far as i know (this is what i read long time ago in my broker)..its too pity because there are many people
to help me trading with your cards....anyway, EU and US offer huge opportunities for high quality of trading...

Be well..

Hi Hawk. I don't know if it carries relevance, but I have a demo with GCI. I opened it to forecast the Indian markets form any observers in this forum, as I also do not live in India. I can place trades on my demo account on all Indian markets.
I only trade forex live, but like to make my demo dollars off the Indian markets--lol.

There are other spreadbetting company in UK like IG index that allows Nifty as instrument.
Though liquidity /spread etc is pretty poor.
One can also use various ETFs like INP, PIN,FIN etc to take exposure to India directly.

My point is if you can open a demo with the company, then you can also open a live account with them, and then trade those markets. Nothing stops me from opening a live with them and trading the Indian markets.

You could be right.
I've only had a desire to trade spot forex, so I admit I'm nearsighted as far as that goes.
