can anyone guide how to study the NIFTY Option, When to buy a Call and When to Buy a PUT

pl. first see the option chain chart of NSE and then study them. What is call and put options, writing options strategy you have to learn
Get to know the philosophy behind in-the-money and out-of- the money trades
watch the OI (open interests) change, volume and price of corresponding options
Never ever trade without knowing the above concepts.

Thanks for your explanation, but how know about writing options strategy ? Is there any method to know it.
Also I have seen all the OI (open interests) change, volume and price of corresponding options. but to make use of it when I want to decide to Buy a PUT or a CALL?
