Hello from Abu Dhabi

Hello all.

I am chandan based at abu dhabi, UAE. Since 2 years I am trading on the ICICIdirect platform at their exhorbitent brokerage of 1.25% on each transaction. I hardly get to make any profits as most of the margin goes to the broker. Do NRI's have any alternative with a competative brokerage to trade on?. Can i trade thru sharekhan or any other broker as a Resident status?. Your suggestions invited.

yes you can when I was in abudhabi used to trade not as NRI on resident status
