statutory taxes going to kill jobbing proffession?

Hi,all seniors traders,
I really dont know what are all the statutory taxes(stamp duty,STT,Cess,Turnoner tax.) for jobbing specifically Nifty Options,please explain me how much is outgo when turnover is 1 crore.
and also is the jobbing proffession secure as maharashtra govt is going to increase stamp duty from 0.002 to 0.005.

Please explain in detail..
