Hello, Pair Trader here

Glad to join this respectble forum :thumb:
I am trading in a new instrument called Pair Options, it's essentially allow to trade on relative performance - for example HSBC vs RBS, it is a market neutral trade, important especially today. A bit like Pair Trading,but much simpler. Anyone here also doing Pair Options trading ?

Dont think we have any Pair Trading Instrument here in India. People do Pair trading here in Futures. Some Broking house like KRC etc. also advise on Pair trading. Have collected some Pair trading material pertinent to our Market.

Great to get your responses, I just started practicing it.You can find many articles acroos the web on Pair Trading, which require using software to identify convergence trends between correlated pairs. I am using Stockpair, which offers Pair Options trading,its very simple, and if you take low return floating options , you can turn nice yields.

We probably dont have the type of instrument you mentiuoned here in India... Pair Options.
We have spreads here but nothing like mentioned by you.

How interesting! I never knew this existed. I trade spot forex, which, of course, matches one pair against the other.
