about ventura broking

Hi All,
Am Ravi and I've been using Sharekhan since a year.
Its very good. However the brokerage is killing me.
I wanted to know whether Ventura is the right one to go.
So can any one suggest me to go for ventura or not.
Also can u guys share ur views on Bajaj Capital's JUSTTRADE and Reliance money.
