Issues with Physical Share certificate

#1
Hi Community,
I have 3-4 issues with physical shares and I want advice and suggestions from fellow community mates on the following:

Issue 1:
There are some physical share certificates which are in joint name with me and my uncle. My uncle's name is in first holder. My uncle had bought these shares 20 years back when i was a student. My uncle had passed away in year 2000 and now I want to tranfer the shares in my name. What is the procedure to transfer the shares in my name. The catch here is that the shares are in my uncle's name and my name mentioned in certificate is Anil Kumar Gurwara whereas in my demat and PAN Card its Anil Gurwara. So will it be a problem while transferring. Please give the solution to this weird problem. There are some certificates which have got lost can we regain them as well?

Issue 2:
There are some more physical shares certificate which were in joint name with my uncle and my father. Now that both my uncle and father have passed away how can i get them transferred to my mothers name. My uncle was unmarried throughout his life time. I have legal heir certificate of my uncle which stated my father as legal heir and now after my fathers death i have legal heir certificate stating my mother as legal heir. So can physical shares be transferred in my mothers name?
There are some certificates which have got lost can we regain them as well?

Issue 3:
There are physical shares in my fathers name alone. I have the folio details but my father is no more. I dont have physical copy of shares. how can we get duplicate copy from registrar and how to get them transferred to mothers name.

Kindly help.

wow.... you are in some mess... you know the best option for you is to contact the registrar of the companies and directly talk to them... still better have written communication with them... the process is a little lengthy but ultimately you dont have a choice..
