closing of cdsl dmat & transfer to nsdl

Hi,

I am new to this forum. Joined today.

been in stock market since 1983.

long term investor.

I had opened dmat account in Bonanza portfolio in 2007-08, which is cdsl.

Now I would like to close Bonanza account and transfer entire holding to Kotak Securities dmat account which nsdl, I have to confirm.

Bonanza is saying that there will be charges for transfer of entire holding from cdsl to nsdl on closing of account and delivery instructions slip is required.

please guide me.
