Intro guess

Hello friends this is tradestock and just now have joined Traderji forum, thoguh have been reading a lot inbetween its post while surfing for info on stockmarket.
Anyways would like to befriend all of you, each and hope to learn some and to expertise the trader's skills.

I have a query as below

From past few months i am doing option trading in NIFTY.
recently, i have read one blog where it's mentioned as if you are trading NIFTY options it is called as( europian options) and only be excersize on expiry day (i.e Last weeks thursday)
and if you are trading STOCK OPTIONs then they can be excersise on any day (i.e on same day or before expiry)

However in past month i have traded NIFTY OPTION and sell it on same day and also some time before expiry day and it works.

can i BUY and SELL NIFTY OPTION on any day ?
Please guide me if i am wrong
