Hi Everyone - new to Amibroker and IB = I am lost:-)

Hello Community

I am new to this Forum and want to introduce myself:

I am German, living in Thailand

I have an Account with Interactivebroker ( very new and unable to trade yet ) and I am new to Amibroker ( also new and a Kind of "lost" )

How I came to this Forum?

I asked Google : Amibroker for Dummies

and here I am ....

Well - if anybody finds Time to send me Links how to Beginn with Amibroker, I would be very greatfull

Welcome, I hope you will enjoy your visits to this forum.
This forum has got a full section to software and AB is the most popular SW in Traderji. You may refer to it after you had a cursory read of AB's help file.

If you are having some familiarity with programming, AFL coding is very easy. Even otherwise, it is very well achievable.

I am not sure of which exchange stocks you are interested in, but you need a EOD & Intraday data source to populate your AB database with data of stocks of your exchange.

If you have some specific questions on AB or other trading related issues even after going through the available information, knowledgeable members of this forum will always find time to respond.
