can foriegners invest in indian market

Hi everybody,

how are you all. This is the first time I am visiting this site. I am bit excited to know the process of investing by foreigners in the Indian market.


Do any body suggest me regarding. I am very much greatful to them.

As per my knowledge any one can invest in Indian markets and in others markets also..... but i am not the concerned person to say that the above statement is absolutely right or wrong... it is better to ask the stock broker, because broker are the one's who is providing the platform for foreign investment.

i think as of today it is not allowed . infact U K Sinha committee has suggested that foreigners may be allowed to invest in Stock market directly to increase its dept. Govt. is still to take any decision
