I am Ronak from Ahmedabad. This is my first post on Traderji.com Introductions thread. I found traderji.com just by chance as i was looking for some good technical analysis software that provides ADX charts for Nifty.
I am glad that I found Traderji.com as I saw that there is a vast pool of wisdom and knowledge here about investing profitably and lot of enthusiasm and eagerness to help each other.
I am interested in three things... Technical analysis, Investing in Mutual funds and Systematic Investment Planning. My investment experience is poor and inconsistent as I have really not spent much time or taken investment seriously so far. But now I have taken investing seriously and spend at least 4 hours per day trying to understand what is really going on in the stock market.
I have done my PhD in Artificial Intelligence and my goal is to research and develop a simple and friendly software that applies wise investment strategies to create a profit-making expert system if possible.
I will be more than happy to work with any of you in this direction... As all of you know, there is money to be made in stock market... but there are so many risks and self-defeating emotions that most people end up losing their shirts or not make as much money as they should. Can we find a solution to turn the odds in our favor?
Once again, it is wonderful to be part of such a stockwise, intelligent and helpful community.
