New Trader
I am a new member of the forum. I have been investing in stock markets for the last 25 years and experienced ups and downs. I have been making investments in stocks, mutual fund units, etc based on their fundamentals.
I have been now trying to understand day trading concept. I have bought software on technical analysis. The software help in generating signals. I have yet to get grip of day trading concepts. I have been watching moving averages, RSI, Stochastics, MACD histogram, candle stick patterns, etc. I now seek assistance of members who have gathered good experience and trading skills via technical analysis for important technical indicators to be used in day trading.

Please check out our TA section,you may get your answers there. Personally,I look at price and volume mainly,with some analysis on price patterns and pivot analysis.Other indicators I use are TRIX n RSI,mainly for divergences.The best thing is it happens again and again,on a daily basis on various charts..............playing price patterns and divergences itself can make you handsome profits.But most important is the position sizing and other Risk and Money management concepts that you need in place.........anyway,all the very best!!
