I have deliberately resigned the post, because appraisal and prospect in govt. sector is so timid that u have to wait till retirement to reach ur goal'
I want to be a businesswoman.

Fantastic thought, for a person with a real craving to achieve greatness, you need to have freedom of thought and action.

Its very hard and requires courage to leave a job and to become an entreprenur.

Same like u jst left the job in an MNC bank ( work exp. 9 rs) as a forex dealer and started my own consultancy and advisory service.
