I am working in stock exchange for last 5 years and have some intrest in technicals analysis and want to learn something about data converion and charts reading. I am new at this forum and want some help from seniors.

It's nice to know of your willingness to learn. Since you had been in the exchange you would know much of the way the markets work. Technicals is one part of the markets. But, still that is an ocean, you need to select from various opportunities available in it.

You may go through some books on technicals, finalise which area/method you are interested in, and then go deep into those studies. Or if you have some ideas already, we can work to make you learn more on those particular areas, which will add to your knowledge and give you the confidence to take positions.
