What was your grievance, what authority was your sub-broker given to operate on your account? Were you made known of the transactions that happened in your account?
If the account is in our name and trades have been done there, it is assumed that we have with our full knowledge taken the risk on those trades. If otherwise, you had given your money on some written documentation into some pool account(which is not authorized) or if they have given you some document stating some guaranteed returns or way operation and failed on it, may be we can take some action.
Instead, why don't you trade you account yourself? There is nothing more joyful than earning for ourself using our skills and in the processing mastering it. Every paisa earned will be cherished by ourselves because of our efforts in it. Instead of trusting your money with other people, you can trade on your own.
There are various sources through which you can learn to do trading, through this forum you can find some member whom you can take for some advice and leaning, use those thoughts to garnish your skills in the trading arena. You can come out with your own methods, which suit your mindset and risk appetite and once that goes as second nature to you. You will have a successful career in trading or Investing( if you want to be a long term player).
