Smile Newbie investor on the block

Hi all,

I have been dabbling with the risky game of stock markets for just over a month. I am hoping to learn a lot from the gurus in this forum.

I am a techie who's taken a break from work.. and am not coversant with the financial terms used by most of the equity research reports etc. Do you recommend a good place (online school) to start?

I rely on the reports that I come across online on some trading sites etc. However, I want to learn how to interpret the financial data, charts and such.

Any advice from the masters of the game would be welcome.

Thanks in advance
Lucy

Welcome, Lucy. Though I'm also new here, I can tell you that you have come to the right place to learn. Read posts of some of the seniors like Saint and Amit. Also see the forum on Trading Resources for all the references you could need to websites/reading material.
