Actually, I don't ever bother with the RD since the ex-date is what matters to us.
To get that, we can look at the BSE here (http://bseindia.com/mktlive/corp_Act.asp) and you'll notice that they mention the ex-date. (I look at that site every day
) So instead of bothering about two dates, we just have to keep the ex-date in mind and buy before that.
