When you reply ,below the submit reply button there is an option for attatcment.

^ Munna, he is asking for how to view the attachment, not how to attach a file as an attachment.

That was my signature. That would help some one here looking for broker to open trading account.

It ain't that big deal to view attachment. If you are logged in, it will ask you to login. All you need to do is just click the attachment. If not click once again. If still you can't view it.

Mods might have restricted your account to view any attachment. May be those attachments are not for kids. :rofl: :rofl:

If still you can't access better ask SAINT or AMITBE or SAVANTGARDE. They should have solution to this.
